Putting in visuals the unspoken spirituality
Light of Sakina is a luxurious scent company. They make products not only to evoke emotions but to transcend the element of spirituality. The esteemed women run company, had approached us in order to create a campaign for them which was not only wonderful in it's nature but spoke of true value of Ramadan and the journey of the one who fasts. We called it the journey of light.
Now to get the ball rolling we immediately had to cut out all the things we had done in the past and move on towards better production and a story that not only captivates everyone visually but the one that is for the the telling of an emotional journey from start to end. We see our protagonist lost in a barren land with no guide to move her forward, but as each step she takes forward to get closer to her religion she is is rewarded with something until ultimately finding herself at Rayyan.
Based on our brainstorming session we came up with a story so personal and beautiful that all of us wanted to tell. Bringing forward fearless ideas and concepts we wanted to ensure this is the story we put out there through filmmaking and photography
With the brainstorming session as our guide and our concepts in place we were ready to make it work no matter what
"I kept the cinematography clean as I had already scouted the locations for the shoot. I had shot the whole thing in my mind 10 times over, knowing each angle and each shot" - Shani
We ensured to incorporate all of Light of Sakina's branding throughout so the final product would be obvious to every member of the audience that this is Light of Sakina's efforts
With our assets completed from production now it was time to move them towards the center stage for everyone in the audience to see what it was we were building!

In conclusion, with a little bit of research, brainstorming, adding the personal touch, along with sincerity, Light of Sakina were able to tell the wonderful story behind their Rayyan Collection.
